70% Dark Chocolate Bar made from Puerto Rican cocoa.
Indulge in our handcrafted bars, made from Puerto Rican cocoa. Our formula is rooted in simplicity. The chocolate bars are made of two ingredients: roasted cocoa nibs and sugar. No extra ingredients like cocoa butter or emulsifiers. The small-batch process begins when we receive our roasted cocoa nibs from the renowned farm Hacienda Jeanmarie Chocolat in Puerto Rico. They are ground into liquid chocolatey goodness, with just enough sugar added to balance the bitter tones. The chocolate is tempered, casted and packaged up, all by hand, imbuing each bar with our passion for the process of chocolate making.

We are based out of San Francisco's Outer Richmond District. If your order is for the same area we can hand-deliver for free. Otherwise, orders will shipped through USPS. Price estimates are provided during the checkout process for a single shipped package which can include more than one bar. Assessment for shipping and delivery will be done upon order request and will be confirmed with the customer placing the order before it is executed. Shipments are sent in a thermally insulated and padded bag with a cold pack included to reduce the chances of the chocolate being affected by high temperatures during the shipping process.
